2Gud — 2gud.com scam

Hi,
I am a buyer at 2gud.com and on 26th-feb-2020 i ordered a dell laptop from 2gud(order invoice attached). Only 8 day later i was facing some issues and applied for return but no action was taken from 2gud. And now on 3rd-jube-2020 the charger for laptop have stopped working to complaint for the same and use my 12 month warranty i called customer support of 2gud and what happened next was unexpected.

The customer support person initially assured me that my product will be replaced by the earliest and for this to happen i have to lodge a complaint and to register a complaint i have to pay a sum of 10/-rs as processing fee. I was okay with that.

But the process of paying fee was quite unique. They wanted me to install anydesk(an app to access a remote device) so that they can use my google pay app to send 10rs. And when i refused for the same they forced me to give them my upi pin. My UPI pin?? Why on this earth will any customer support person ask for users upi pin, access to mobile device, access to money transfering apps? I found something fishy and i then put my brother on call and then decided to disconnect the call.later i even got a text message from my bank stating that the transaction failed due to incorrect upi pin.

I am scared as they have my mobile number and might try to attack too. And also there are many people who dont have so much awareness and they might follow the steps inorder to resolve thier issue, resulting in a great monitary loss.

We work hard to earn some money and we trust online markets and make purchases if you allow such bandits to take over the market. I am scared and sure that the future is not safe.

Expecting some action ASAP.

[protected] (this guy was asking for 20 rs and also started scolding when refused to cooperate)

And now along with the charger even my laptop is not working and there is no way i can contact them and claim my 12 month warranty. As a proof i do have thier phone call recordings and mails screenshots.

And i work from home and in this tough times what can i do to solve this problem. Its an shameful act by 2gud

Contact your bank, give a letter to bank manager to block all transactions
immediately
Also if possible, block the transaction in AtM card through net banking login
