[Resolved]  2Gud.com — Return request& refund cancelled- IMEI mismatch on Invoice and Device - 2gud.com

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I purchased a refurbished IPhone 7 plus from website 2gud.com that is a party of Flipkart.

Order ID : OD[protected]
Invoice number is : FACX1B[protected]
When I placed return order the product due to camera performance poor, the technician found you have fraudulently sent me incorrect device as the IMEI on my bill does not match the IMEI of my the mobile device I received.

I again called their customer service to raise a complaint and they promised me to resolve this by 09/July/2021, however the customer service called and they will close the return request and raise a new return request. When I see the status, it is showing as “We're sorry. We are unable to process your refund request. Please refer to seller return policy.”
I want complete refund of my amount ASAP.
