Dear sir i had purchase apple iphone 6s and recieved it on 1 aug 2019. When i opened the box i found scratech and screen damaged. Tried to contect there is responses of mail and finally the said that they will provide replcement but today just before 1 of replacemnet tat 2gud refused to do so. I promiss you guys that i am not going to pay a peeny for waste phone i will go to district consumer court and sue you guys.

Www.2gud.com(flipcart) is a fraud website for buying mobile phones. I have bought a mobile phone through www.2gud.com vide order no.-od[protected] on 14.06.2019 with 06 months warranty but after 45 days the touch pad is not working. I have contacted www.2gud.com customercare and i have been told to lodge warranty service request to f1 solution & services center. Accordingly i have lodged warranty service request to f1 solution & service center vide call no: jokh[protected]. But on 02/08/19 i have received a call from f1 solution & services that it is a liquid damage so warranty can not be provided. But i am sure water has never entered into my mobile phone and if it is a liquid damage how the touch screen is working and touch pad not working. So it implies the fraudness of the company.
So i want refund my money.

Mobile i received has so many problems.
1. Battery drains very fast.
2. Call drop frequently.
3. Front camera is faulty,
4. Display sometimes change color.
5. Noise cancellation not working on phone.

They have ten days return policy but rejected my first return request by own, saying that seller not able to fulfill return request.

Guys call from jeeves technical support make false commitments that we will arrange tech visit but nobody has come till date.

Hello sir my self reshma deshmukh i order a online mobile phone from 2gud.com Samsung Galaxy S9 plus 128 gb of rupies ₹44999
Delivery come on 11th of june but when i opend it there is no Mobile phone at the box i complaint regarding the same they told me to wait and now they told me we did not help me with this issue..
Plz help me hear sir take a legal action against this fraud..
That site doing fraud with me i invest my ₹44999 sir and its refurbished mob its original cost is ₹70000 onther site i order it just coz its ₹45000 on that site plz help me hear sir i invest my all the money for that mobile phone plz take a action sir and get me back money its humble request to you..

I have purchase the smart watch fossil q marshal as described. It was written over there that its unbox like new. And i have recieved a broken display watch and its already being used. I have raise the complaints many time but the company is not replacing my product. The company almost without calling back reject the replacement.

Hello sir, i am mouli, who ordered honor play unboxed-look like new in 2gud.com. As i ordered on 11-jan-2019, they have cancelled the order without any intimation and i have received a message that refund is completed.

While i see my federal bank account, it has been not credited. I have contacted the 2gud and they are saying, refund has been completed from our end and your bank taking time to reflect in your account. So, i called up bank's customer care and they says if the refund has been completed from there end means, it will be credited on the spot. It shows that clearly that they are looting my money and trying to cheat. I want my money back today as i want to pay my emi.
