I order apple iphone x 64gb space gray colour from Flipkart/2gud on 03/07/2022 phone delivered on 08/07/2022 I check the phone and the problem is charging port on the is not working so I raised return request and first time they reject my return request so I raised a return request 3 times and they reject my return request 3 times and 4th time they accept my return request and one courier boy comes to pickup the phone but the phone is not charged because the charging port of the phone was not working so the phone is not switch on the courier boy reject to pickup the phone. So now I am complaint please resolve my problem thank you.

I am working with the Department of Agriculture as A.M.O. posted at Faridkot Division, Punjab. I have paid for two headphones with order no OD[protected] on 2GUD.com. When I received that shipment, with great regret and surprise, I got only one when I opened that package.

I have all the original packaging materials and photo proofs of the package. I immediately booked a complaint within half an hour on 2gud Portal. Today I got sms surprised to know that without giving me justice and looking into the matter seriously my refund/return was rejected as per attachment.

I never asked for a return? How is it possible to return a good when I didn't get that? My concern is not for return. I am again and again saying that I have only got one headphone from the shipped pack (I have all the original packing material is with me) and paid for two.

Where is my other headphone? I am again hoping for a positive response from your end soon. Thanks.

I ordered a dell laptop from 2gud.com in march the product is eligible for 1 year of warranty service by F1 info solutions and ever since I received the product I tried to return the product as I had noticed some issues in it and now its screen has completely stopped working and I have already raised a claim for warranty but there is no response from neither 2gud nor f1 info solutions. I need either a replacement for a laptop or screen asap.

I am fed up of writing emails and calling them.

A big scam by Flipkart in the name of 2GUD.

I purchased a mobile in 2GUD but they delivered a different model from which I purchased.Now they are not ready to give the refund.No customer care service.Nobody will answer your calls...No security for our money.

Flipkart is collecting all used mobiles from his customers and selling back as new refabrished mobiles. Cheating Indian public.

Govt of India has to take the action against Flipkart.

I was searching for laptops in flipkart and got redirected to 2gud.com (Which is sponsored by flipkart) and i ordered a laptop "asus core i5 8th gen laptop" from 2gud.com. The product was expected to be delivered by 20th of may 2020 but it was delayed till 22/05/2020. I tried to contact them through their chat support but they're not responding me. Even they don't have official customer support number. I've saw hundreds of negative reviews about 2gud.com today on various websites. I think i've been scammed and now i wanted my paid amount as a refund. Kindly help me out.

I had purchased a product in 2gud.com. But due to the lockdown issue, the order got cancelled automatically. The payment mode was debit card. They never refunded my money. Order was placed on 20th march 2020, cancelled on 1st april 2020. Order id is provided in the screenshot. They had promised me to provide the refund by april 10th 2020. But i checked the bank account several times. No refund!

I ordered an iphone 6s refurbished smartphone on which got delivered on 06th march 2020. After using it for a week suddenly on 13th of march, 2020 the battery started falling and after charging it to 100%, it lasts only less than 2 hours. I opted for a replacement, but 2gud support told me that they cannot give one and now they are sending a technician for no reason. My parents told me to ask them for a refund but the next day on 14/03/2020 when i try to call them between 9am to 6am it shows that "experiencing high volumes", e-mail us which gives you no response till 24 hours. 2gud has a 10 day return policy and now it seems that they are trying to get me pass of that time period. I need my rs 13, 999 back at any cost. Very bad support and never buy anything from 2gud.com

We are using flipkart service to sell our products, below are the order numbers for which flipkart has to pay us but their logistics team has lost the package and the packages are not been returned to us and for the same we have to get the payment of over 105000 but they are not responding and when i call their support no one is properly answering, when i call support they as to contact account manager and when i contact account manager he is asking to contact support team. Order delivered with a cracked phone inside.
Immediately reported after it has been delivered at my address.
Seller rejected the return request by giving silly request, seller even knows well whats the truth.
As per 2gud grade guidelines, there would 4-5 scratches on very good - refrubrished grade condition, but just check the screenshot once, just look how many scratches and dents are visible on every edge on the phone. On the back side of glass, you will be able the crack line present on the lower right corner. Also seller did not even deliver charger with it. They sent this condition phone with brand box only. 2gud customer support team keep harrassing me daily. They keep sending same email every time and seller rejected the return request.
Now its been a long 2 months exact passed, did not receive any response regarding replacement of this broken cracked glass phone. Kindly do the needful asap.

I had an issue with refund. I ordered a mobile from 2 gud.com (Flipkart pattner) on 17 th august 2019 (Order id - od[protected]. And cancelled on 20th august 2019. But refund is not still credited (Refund id[protected]. They are giving fraudulent messages and informatiion, like 2- 5 banking days they will refund like that. And itz too much late for me now because itz almost a month now they are not done the refund still. And am fedup with there technical reasons. I informed flipkart also but no supporting kind of reply from them. Kindly help me to get my money.

I ordered the product on 1st september. It was to be shipped on the same day and delivered on 4th september. Today is 6th and till now it has not been shipped. I tried contacting their customer service, but they don't have any contact number or email address. Now, the option to request for a call back is also not available. I paid the whole amount (Rs. 13859/-) to them. This is simply outrageous.
