2Gud — dead phone I got and not getting refund | |||||
I had ordered refurbished redmi 5a mobile from this website. I got dead phone + duplicate charger cable. And no imei number on invoice. I contacted customer care number but the pickup person said no imei no is there so we cannot pickup this phone. I m in big trouble plz help i complaint several time but everytime they prevent picking up this phone telling same reason. I am uploading invoice with this Was this information helpful? | |||||
