2Gud — lack of proper services provided by your sub website : 2gud

I had ordered a product through your 2gud online platform on 6th december, but later due to availability of a better deal on flipkart, thought of cancelling the previous order and placing the new one. But there is no cancellation option, a complaint number, or an email address to contact. There is a "call me back" option which appeared only once amongst the 50 attempts of searching which again, collapsed due to"server problem". Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and please mend this problem by '2gud'.
