2Gud — Money not refunded

I had bought iphone6s for Rs 16549 from 2gud . It had lot of issues so i sent it for repair under warranty to F1 info sol. on march 13 & today is 13th august. Nobody is responding to my complaints. They neither sent my phone nor refunding. 2gud is a fraud site and so is flipkart. My order ID- OD[protected]. One day a customer care executive called me for bank details but no refund. Asking for personal bank data is legally not acceptable. So taking a step further, i have all screenshots and recordings.
