2Gud — refund for returned order

Hi,

I made a replacement request for a refurbished lenovo z2 phone from 2gud site. After the delivery agent could not validate as phone was not connecting to wifi. Bow the reason for my replacement was the charger was incompatible with phone and when turned on the battery power was less when i intended to charge, found it to be incompatible and proceeded to raise replacement request. No after my return was rejected owing to issue faced by agent, so i raised return request and seek complete refund. The return happened on 3rd, feb, 2019. And status on site got updated aa "returned" and got a mail from 2gud that seller has agreed to refund and that will update when processed. After a week got a call from 2gud customer care stating that item has not been returned. I was shocked and told the customer care to check it again. Then sent all forwards and attachments to validate the item returned.in fact once before this call had receives another call that some technical issue was there and that my refund will be processed post the issue solved so i was patient. It has been 15 days since return and surprisingly the status on order in site changed to "return cancelled". I could not believe this at all. Don't know what to do or whom to approach.
