Purchased and received iphone 7 128 gb on 10th aug. Replacement applied on 11 due to phone not charging. Technician come and my replacement approved. Mail received that item will pick and replace same day 19th aug. No one came on 19th and 20th which person arrived dont have knowledge about iphone, he said he will come again tomorrow 21st with someone who have enough knowledge about iphone then pickup the phone and replace. On 20th at evening i have received that your order has been cancelled by you and refund will process, thats it. How disappointed, disgusting, i am totally mad and frustrated, i tweets a lot, messages, but my issue still as same. Kindly look into this.
