bought a refurbished phone redmi note 3 golden 2gb/16 gb the phone has dents and scratches and camera also not satisfactory. applied for refund but after pickup it was refused and the message i got was product mismatch which is laughable.

I have sent photos of the handset to the customer care.i also have unboxing video but dont know how to send it to 2Gud. 2Gud is not transparent

for future constomers avoid 2Gud unless they send you junk and not take it back in case of return and refund.
