I am a Icici customer. I received an offer in Offers section of my net-banking portal regarding Spykar items and the offer was from an E-Com site, https://360inex.com. I ordered a men's and ladies watch and bags on 18th Nov 2021 (Order #Ici024969). I received my order confirmation email. I paid Ts. 470.82through HDFC net-banking. The company said that they will send the tracking number soon but till date I have neither received my order nor i have received any tracking number. I have sent reminders to the company but the company is not responding. U dont guve resopnce. Tell me as soon as possible.
