I have purchased a course from byjus for which i need to pay emi of 5000p. M i have cleared 11 months smoothly...

And at 12th emi which was to be paid on 15th of nov. & due to certain reasons i have decided to pay on next month of 15th of dec.
Then repeatedly they seems to call & harassed giving mental pressure & warning against taking legal actions & all that.

So anyhow i have managed by hard & due to their such ruthless intervention i paid by hard on 1st of dec. & for this they charged rs 295.

After that it was assured no further charges will be deducted.

Still due to their early pre assessment of payment again they started sending msgs of payment & deducted rs 295 as penalty charges its totally unfair.

Each time when i call they simply ask for bank statement & gave diplomatic answers & nodded.

I request please take necessary action against this for mental hareshment & so ruthless intervention.
