Hope you are doing well.
My name is kumar shanu. My two cousins (Akshay Verma and Khushi Verma) are studying in Mentors Eduserv. they both joined Mentors Eduserv on 16.06.2022, At that time Mentors office representative explained about fees and they give discounts according to their 10th grade. 1st cousin's total fee after the discount was RS 86, 706 and for 2nd cousin's RS 95, 733. After that, he said we have to pay Rs 30, 000 in advance for each student to confirm their admission, so we paid 60, 000. And he said the rest amount we have to pay in the coming 5 months. and we asked that time 2 times that we will pay the rest amount in November 2022. he said no problem you can anytime in these 5 months.
When class started they give invoices to both students there it was mentioned we have to pay every month's installment. when I called about this they are not denying this even though we have that paper where that office guy explained all the fees. now they are saying as many days you will do late to pay the installment, you have to pay RS 100 late fine for each day per student and until then you both students will be not allowed not attend the class. I feel cheated because suddenly we can't pay a fee like this. please look into it. I attached the photos for your reference. one white paper without any name that one they explain all the fees that day what I mentioned earlier. rest they give to student after class started.

Mentors educational services pvt ltd - fraud. Company (Mr. Shyamji agrawal - head) promised me a confirmed scholarship admission for ms in us fall 2015 and charged a hefty amount of rs. 2, 45, 815 for the same and promised to return back the money in case of failure to get a scholarship admit by deducting rs. 24, 720 but even though they were not able to fulfill the promise and also i was not granted any admit in us university i have still not received the refund of my money, the only amount refunded till now is rs. 25, 000. I have been waiting for 1 year 2 months and they have been making fake promises from one month to another. The person who has been dealing for this is mr. Shyamji agrawal who is heading the admission in mentors, delhi office. He has been postponing the refund from one month to another for more than a year now and i am still waiting for refund of rs. 1, 96, 795.00/-.
