    In January 2023, I was called by E-Maesters sales officer- Ratnesh Chauhan who promised me that after paying the fees my training would start and in next *3 months, * I would become a trainer with them and *start to earn*. So I paid the fees of ₹40000 (forty thousand approximately)immediately via my credit card for two courses (English language trainer and IELTS trainer). *(Proof attached)* However, unlike the promise, my training lasted for *5-6 months* and it was only *in June 2023 that I completed my first course.* Then my IELTS training started and in *August* it was completed. I decided to just take the certificate of IELTS instead of teaching in E-Maesters. *But to my surprise, I have till date NOT RECEIVED my certificate* despite hundred requests. In *October*, I started to teach English language with them. They have a policy of *paying monthly salary on 25th day of next month*. So we would wait trusting them professionally. But again to my surprise *no salary was paid in the first month*. I was assured of two months payment soon but even that was a lie. Now we were in *December 2023* and they only made promises. Finally, I stopped taking classes and asked to clear 3 months salary/freelance payment *(₹10000 approximately)*. (Proof attached) But no mails are answered by them. I have requested time and again. I'm not the only trainer who has suffered due to this FRAUD COMPANY. There are 100-200 trainers who have been trapped by them. Either they don't answer the mails or pinpoint the trainer's mistakes like less classes were taken by trainers or teaching was not upto the mark. Whereas at that time they would call us and request to take new students. If our quality was not good then why would they request?? I'm still paying my credit card dues with interest due to this *PATHETIC Company's false promises.*Kindly, help me get refund of my Full Fees and Three months due salary. Hundreds of clients and course buyers have lost their hard earned money and many teacher's homes run on monthly salary.

      Hello,

      There is a fraud that I want to bring in everyone’s attention of eMaester from UFaber.
      They are not only unprofessional but arrogant, rigid, and unethical.

      It all starts from a conversion with Miss. Shada during the last week of December 2023.
      Originally my wife Anupama Raina wanted to do a remote/online teaching job and applied with eMaester through an advertisement on Facebook. Miss. Shada was the initial point of contact and was very regularly contacting my wife. She told her to complete a course with eMaester as it is required to perform well for teachers on the online platform. The total cost of the course was Rs. 38000 (Training for Business communication and IELTS).

      She was informed by Miss. Shada that the cost of the course would be covered by eMaester through vouchers of the same amount which my wife till date never received. She was informed about flexibility in the course and with classes. The conviction was to such an extent that whatever question / doubts (specifically related to time flexibility) my wife kept asking there was always a positive reply.
      On 31st December 2023 Miss. Shada asked my wife to pay a token amount of minimum Rs. 5000 to secure her admission else the discounts and vouchers will not be applicable from 1st January 2024.

      After 2 days, we made the payment of the remaining Rs. 33000 through credit card with 9 months EMI of 15.99% interest to start the course.
      Then came Miss. Sayali who is the student manager from the operation team, and her job was to assign a batch with the time as per my wife’s convenience. She failed to provide a class or batch which suits the time for my wife and in fact informed her that she may need to wait a little longer to find a batch which matches up with her timing. So indirectly she forced my wife to take a batch which eMaester wanted her to take.
      Miss. Anindita Goswami was assigned as the mentor for my wife, and she had her first class on 15th January 2024. This is where the real ghost started to unveil. After the end of the session my wife was asked to submit an assignment with a very tight deadline which was never informed to my wife initially by the admission counsellor Miss. Shada.
      After the class my wife tried to get in touch with the mentor Miss. Anindita Goswami and later with the student manager Miss. Sayali. Miss. Anindita Goswami was very rigid, arrogant, and forced the course to go as per the pace decided by her. Even Miss. Anindita Goswami told my wife that she can skip the questions which she feels uncomfortable with and can submit her assignments. She also informed my wife that during these classes only discussion happens about the submitted assignments. She also informed my wife to dedicate herself for 4 hours a day. But never gave any flexibility or emotional support/showed empathy to motivate my wife which can help her in completing the course. Moreover, my wife was never informed about these assignments or after-class tasks with tight deadlines by the counselor Miss. Shada.
      When approached Miss Sayali, she was arrogant and rude. She neither took the complaint positively nor tried to resolve it.

      My wife hardly attended one class and informed counsellor Miss. Shada and student manager Miss. Sayali about not wanting to continue further with the course and asked for the refund. My wife felt cheated and understood that the teaching methodologies were not authentic. Moreover, she felt disrespected due to rude response and behavior when tried to share her dissatisfaction after her first class.
      My wife was suggested to raise the request with the escalation team along with the reason. Here was the entry of a highly arrogant and unprofessional employee, Mr. Rajib Paul. Without any understanding of the issue or providing any support he emotionally harassed my wife through the chain of mails which never helped to resolve the issue or put conclusive end of the complaint. Even adding the Nodal and Grievance personnel o[censored]faber was not of much help as they simply acted as spectators without any motivation to intervene and resolve the complaint.
      Mr. Rajib Paul initially informed my wife that she is not entitled to get a refund based on personal reasons. Later he changed the reason for not providing a refund for the course due to company policy. My wife attended only one class but UFaber is still showing that she is attending the class by filing a fake attendance which is a kind of malpractice.

      Ufaber tag line is empowering teachers, but they need to learn to respect teachers first.
      But UFaber does not care about the students and delivering their course, they simply care about money and once received they do not care about anything. The people sitting there are just thugs, following proper malpractice and do not care about anything.
      To date there has not been further communication or any telephone call from UFaber.
      This shows the discrepancy which makes us believe that they make money through fraudulent ways. They have hired some highly professional thieves which have no respect for the organization or people enrolling on their platform.

      Therefore, my wife has full right to opt out of the course after attending her first class and get the refund of entire amount in hold with UFaber.

        After my enrollment my classes were suppose to be start next day, but it didn't happen and more two times they failed on their date, then it started and again in two days it stopped and they started giving me false attendance, then after so many complaints it started again
        And again from last one week it is stopped
        My course content is also not their in my portal
        So from beginning many of my days are wasted and ultimately my training is delayed and also my earnings,
        I want my refund and compensation of all my lost classes, otherwise my training would have been completed and I could have start earning

          I enrolled myself with Emaeters on 30th October for training in teaching phonics to kids, and was promised that my training would start on and from 31/10/2023, but it did not started and next date was allotted was 6/11/2023, that too failed, and then it was started on 8/11/2023 with Namita mam, and I was happy that after so many fake promises from Emaesters
          atleast I got a good trainer
          Then after 2 days training, suddenly classes stopped, my trainer changed, I was assigned in a group training, which was actually wrong, because I enrolled for a 1:1 training and that time I was given a false attendance everyday
          Again after almost 4-5 days I was allotted again with Namita Mam
          Classes were going fine with her but always a issue with something or the other and specially with Mr.Rajib Paul
          He is so sarcastic with words, and so suddenly he changes his words,
          Very shocking..
          Mr.Akhilesh Mishra is said to be my student manager, who never connected with me, and whenever I tried, he was never available.
          And now is again a new issue arising with my course content, which is not available in my portal,
          That is so strange, and because of this I am not able to appear for my evaluation a nd again my classes are getting delayed.
          Right from the beginning I have always been fooled here, with everything information
          May it be Ms.Yusma, Yusmina, komal, Pooja, and some more of them
          Nobody assisted in a proper way, all false informations were provided right from the beginning, and even after filling end number of help desk forms, no solution is provided.
          I feel as a victim here, because I have paid a good amount and in return I am getting only and only fake and false commitments and information.

            This same thing happened to me as well in april month, i paid 7999 for 12 ielts classes, after the very first class upon feedback given by me they changed the mentor. Second mentor questioned me that as to why were you studying from this approach and from this section to which it clearly states that they don't have a uniform teaching approach for ielts. The incident happened when i told my mentor that i am not able to understand the writing section in this way to which she said that i will teach you in this way only whether you understand or not which breaches the points they say upon registration that you will be taught in a personalised approach.

            After this my three class were wasted because of this and she shouted at me for no reason
            on the third class she just snapped at from the very start to which i politely said that she stop doing it.

            I told this to my student manager, and they have pre summarized statement which is you can change your mentor. They don't care about how you are being treated by mentor or how is the students progress in the course. I have mailed a to there grievance cell regarding this, there raised a complaint on the student portal but there has been no response from anyone regarding the mentors unprofessional behaviour.

            MY CLASSES ARE LEFT AND THREE OF MY CLASSES WERE DISTURBED BY THE UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR OF THE MENTOR, I WOULD LIKE TO GET MY REFUND OF 40% OF MY FEES. AS IT IS STILL PENDING

            I WOULD SUGGEST NOT JOIN IELTS NINJA AS MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE IS NT AT ALL GOOD, sUCH UNPROFESSIONALISM FROM EDTECH COMPANY IS NOT JUSTIFIED.

              Sir,
              I had enrolled for Montessori Course in your organisation through Likitha Gowda and also had paid the initial amount of 7000₹.
              She never informed about the loan from FIBE/EARLY SALARY.
              I have never attended single class as after the payment of 7k also I was inconvenient a little as I was pregnant.
              And when I wanted to tell about this Likitha Gowda is not receiving my call and on top the people from FIBE are calling me everyday and harassing me.
              Please see to it and solve the problem
              And take action against Likitha

                Before reimbursement of loan from Propelled i mailed ..I called to stop it but no cooperation and response from their side.i din get reimbursement into my account instead what games did they play that they don't want to cancel admission and want money for free.its their game only to just dig out money from many innocent people on the promise of job and trainning which is not worth at all

                      This company took 33000 from me in the name of training fees now after 4 months of dragging they have not allotted any single classes to me. Out of nowhere they came out and said they have started my language enhancement programme. Dragging for 1 more month. Totally a fraud company don't subscribe for any ufaber products (upsc pathshala, emasters, ielts ninja, etc.). Kindly make your research and don't at any cost join ufaber.

                        I was interested in joining but i later changed my mind after paying deposit because the ladies who were helping me Likitha and Arunima joy were not truthful, after paying deposit they wanted me to pay full amount immediately, so i asked for a refund, Likitha said she will send an email to show that i asked for a refund, to my suprise today I receive an email that i have been enrolled, now its like they are forcing me even if i asked for...

                        This is to draw the attention towards the extreme adversities I have been facing with your sales and immigration team specifically.

                        I have been enrolled with the organisation since January for a Canada PR plus Job package. I have not received a single job interview yet. The delay has continually blamed on Canada government. However, my issue has been communication with the agency. The PR team is irregular in responding to emails. They never pick up or return calls. There is high call avoidance.

                        Initially, I was associated with Armesh with whom I face issues like this. His English is crooked. He sends emails where he copy paste the link from Google directly on the email. He consistently asked me to switch to the study process if I am willing to expedite the process. Even in urgent situations Armesh took over 30 hours to send in an email.

                        When I raised a complaint against him, he saved himself by stating that Cryshelle is my allotted manager whereas to state a fact cryshelle has never called me. Not once in 7 months, no personal communication at all. This was a news to me that cryshelle is my allotted manager. Moving forward, I faced the same issue with cryshelle she wouldn’t respond to emails for 8 days in a row, later coming up with an excuse for a medical leave. The truth is she went on a medical leave 2 days after I had sent her the email and she chose not to respond because she had made a major blunder with the noc codes. She took a week to find a new noc code for my profile and ended up sharing the same noc code for me on the email with a copy pasted email. So basically, the noc code in use for me was 0125 and after 8-9 days 9f research she suggested me the exact same noc code again without knowing what code was previously in use. Then Armesh steps in to protect her telling me that a noc code change in not required. The question is, did she even look at my file.

                        Today I spoke with Cryshelle about the job application which was initiated 10 days ago and I had also confirmed her to move forward with the applications. 10 days later today, she again asks me to give me a confirmation for applying for the jobs. She does not look at her emails and has absolutely no focus on what she is doing. Please find the attached screenshots for better clarity. This is just getting worse and worse day by day. Cryshelle also very clearly mentioned to me and Paras ( we enrolled together) that this is an unsuccessful process why are you guys even wasting your time on this? Later when we took this up Divya ( sales rep), she called and begged paras to take the complaint back because the agency was parading her. cryshelle has been talking to Paras on WhatsApp and calls since the beginning of our enrolment but she never care to communicate with me over calls or WhatsApp even for professional communication. So, do the agents at Ufaber communicate with clients as per their own personal preference?

                        Then after a 100 complaints I got in touch with Raghav who repeatedly promised me that I wouldn’t face communication issues moving forward. However, he hardly ever responds to his emails. On Friday, 19th august, we had a call to discuss the courses that I can take if I proceed with study visa.
                        Please know that he got on a call with me after 3 days of calling, emailing and whatsapping him.

                        Raghav hopped on a call with me without properly reviewing my profile. He was making suggestions basis my work experience but did not know where I am currently working when I cross questioned him. He got really upset when I cross questioned about him reviewing my profile and consistently said if I have so many questions then he is not liable to waste his time on me and I can speak to other members of his team. He is a very busy man and he does not have time to waste. Upon me mentioning that this is work related and I have paid a hefty amount to the agency, the least you can do is simplify the process for me and answer my questions. He said that I have not paid any money to him. I have paid to the department and he has nothing to do with it.

                        I had no plans to study abroad whatsoever, Armesh and other team members consistently advised me to take up the study process because they too believed that job process has not been very successful for other candidates as well.

                        I finally started with Ielts preparation and looking for courses. However, communication is like experiencing hell with the immigration and sales team specifically. They have no focus, they don’t read their emails and they are rude. Extremely rude.

                        The content team and the study team is doing their job perfectly. I wonder what’s wrong with the sales and immigration team. Extremely unpleasant experience I have had with Rahhav specifically. Argumentative and disrespectful! Raising his voice consistently and not letting me speak over call. Disconnecting the call and telling me that I have paid to the agency and he is not liable to put in any extra efforts to help me finalise the course because I am paying the department and not him directly. Just FYI I have the call recorded and I’ll make sure this does not happen to anyone else.

                        I have paid your agency 1 lakh rupees and I have not received anything that was promised. PR plus job. Not even a single interview I have received yet. My CRS score was too low for getting PR - 393 yet your sales team fooled me into enrolling for PR and I have got nothing. No PR. no Job in Canada. Plus I have to struggle for basic communication because you feel you are not entitled to waste time on my questions. Your team has been constantly misbehaving when asked questions especially the way Raghav raised his voice and argumentatively tried shut me up. I will not let this slide. If your company can’t deliver what was promised, please return my money. I have paid this money from my hard earned money in instalments. Both Raghav and Armesh curate back up stories to defend themselves and they are together promoting inaction in team. The sales and immigration team has done enough damage to my time, money and peace of mind, you are my last resort of resolution now.

                        I AM TIRED OF CALLING AND EMAILING AND BEING IGNORED. I have put my time and money at stake. Your team is telling me that I have paid the agency not them. They do not answer calls, questions or emails for months and days. They do not even look at the profile of the client or the email threads.Please help me get my money back.

                          My complain is regarding emaster @ufaber company. I got constant calls for enrollment from their part on 7 may, 2022 for enrolling in one of their courses. After the consulting session they were after my life to pay the registration fees as that was the last day of scholarship that they have offered me. After paying the amount 10k I realised that my non intention of ne for carrying out this course further not even took their even one class not a day I have delayed in conveying my intention. But when I conveyed my intention. To Maria their one of their employee she was with random reasons of not giving the refund. Not for a day I took the class not delayed in conveying my intention of getting a refund still they are imposing their terms which are in nature fradulant neither they have stated them before. They are not even replying on mails. Which is [protected]@ufaber.com. Attaching my receipt of payment. They are not even specifying their terms and conditions implidly neither on their website nor communicating to the prospective candidates at the correct time. Kindly look into the matter and asked them to forward the return on fair standards.

                              Hi registered for the real school programme and they assured will have immediate placement after course completion and its been more than two months they have not alloted classes
                              they made to pay full fees and til now none of the classes are alloted, if they are not alloting classes let then return the money back

                                EMAESTER and UFABER team provided me false info that I've to pay 30000 Rs for becoming a faculty member within 15 days small training. This amount was the charge for that training. But when I joined they treated me like a student only and I was not comfortable with that. For this they approved 25000 Rs loan without my knowledge and collected e verifications of pan and adhar on the name of enrolment.

                                When I started I thought it's not worth. So I requested to withdraw that course.

                                They were agree on that. After sometime Moneytap stopped calling me regarding loan so I thought the things are normal and I lost only 5000. But today I checked my CIBIL for credit card and it's below 500 because of this incident. I'm really shocked. Emaester can't so such kind of fraud.

                                Kindly look into the matter and do the needful at earliest otherwise I'll raise this concern. This is not the way of earning money. Its fraud so please don't mislead to anyone.

                                  I am their student and have subscribed the unlimited course.
                                  Now they have stopped my course saying that the duration is over.

                                  I have written proofs which claims the I can study as long as I don't get the desired band score of clb 10 in IELTS.

                                  I have proofs to justify my point.
                                  Pls take action on these fraudulents and get my money back

                                  They also spoken rudely on call as if they have no fear at all. They have taken law in their hands and hence should teach them that law and order is not their personal property

                                    Group members are not receiving phone and also not giving training since 25days.
                                    And we are asking for refund then also no one is responsible.
                                    So now i am thinking to complain.
