Dear all Flat owners,
I booked a 2BHKflat 988 sq ft in tower no 8 on june 2010 . Now they have intimated that my flat total area was increased by 80 sq. ft . and for that they charged Rs. 3.50 Lac (app) extra. An area of 80 sq. ft is almost 8 by 10 sq ft and like a small room . But physically there is no extra area in the flat . I request all how it can be measured can anybody guide me ? They are just like any normal Builder and very bad Builder . Need all of your help in the matter .

We already have an association of buyers. A case has also been filed in NCDRC for delays and no compensation.
