Dear all Flat owners,
I booked a 2BHKflat 988 sq ft in tower no 8 on june 2010 . Now they have intimated that my flat total area was increased by 80 sq. ft . and for that they charged Rs. 3.50 Lac (app) extra. An area of 80 sq. ft is almost 8 by 10 sq ft and like a small room . But physically there is no extra area in the flat . I request all how it can be measured can anybody guide me ? They are just like any normal Builder...

Unnecessary PLC and poor complaint redressal

I booked a Flat in Lotus Panache in Sector 110 NOIDA, All went well but when I got PAL i was shocked to see that a landscape PLC of Approx 1Lac was levied on my appartment and the Pity was my Flat is not at all Park facing . Later layout is revised and the Park which was in front of my neighbouring flat was cut short by 50 % area. Builder is not all ready to listen us and to waive PLC for Landscape.
