I booked a Flat in Lotus Panache in Sector 110 NOIDA, All went well but when I got PAL i was shocked to see that a landscape PLC of Approx 1Lac was levied on my appartment and the Pity was my Flat is not at all Park facing . Later layout is revised and the Park which was in front of my neighbouring flat was cut short by 50 % area. Builder is not all ready to listen us and to waive PLC for Landscape.
When i wished to escape from this project the builder is proposing to deduct 10 % of flat cost.. This builder is really not at all professional, please book your flat at your own personal risk..
