4Rabet — Complaint Against 4rabet for Fraudulent Practices and Blocking Account to Avoid Payout

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against 4rabet, an online gambling platform, for fraudulent and unethical practices that resulted in the loss of Rs. 21, 680 from my account. Despite my compliance with their terms and conditions, they blocked my account unjustly and refused to process my withdrawal request.

Background:
I am a student studying medicine and not working currently to focus on my higher studies. I am not someone who regularly engages in gambling. However, I was drawn to 4rabet’s platform due to their promotional offer of a “100% deposit bonus with a 7x wagering requirement.” Believing it to be a genuine opportunity, I decided to deposit and try my luck without realizing the fraudulent practices this platform employs.

Details of the Incident:

1. Deposit and Winnings:

I deposited Rs. 8, 000 on 4rabet. I won approximately Rs. 7, 000 on this deposit amount.
I won around 7k from bonus after completing wagering requirements. Please take a note that the 4rabet site even acknowledged this and transferred the won amount from bonus section to main balance section. The total in main balance after this is Rs.21, 680/-

2. Withdrawal Request and Account Block:

When I requested to withdraw Rs. 21, 680, the platform suddenly required me to verify my profile.

I had already completed the profile verification process when I first started using 4rabet, and during my prior usage over the last two years(2or 3 times a year with small amounts), no such verification or withdrawal issues had arisen.

Despite successfully completing the verification again, I received an email stating my account was "temporarily blocked" due to "failed automated verification."

Upon contacting customer support, the reason for the block shifted to accusations of "multiple accounts, " which is entirely false.

3. Lack of Evidence and Arbitrary Behavior:

I repeatedly requested evidence, logs, and a clear explanation for why my withdrawal was rejected and my account blocked.

Instead of providing proof, I received a generic response blaming “rule violations, ” referencing points 9.3 and 13 of their Terms and Conditions.

4. Copy-Paste Response from 4rabet:

"Dear Rakesh, we've got information from the team about your issue. Your account is blocked as a result of verification for violating rules of the platform. Using multiple accounts is prohibited. Follow the link and check all rules, pay attention to points 9.3 and 13: https://4rabetsite.com/terms-and-conditions. All the details regarding your account blocked were sent to you on the email; kindly check the email spam folder.

Despite repeated follow-ups, 4rabet has not provided any evidence to support their claims, and ignored every request completely after one generic copy paste message. Honestly, I feel betrayed and pains me realising this happening to many users.

Their refusal to provide transparency and their reliance on vague accusations demonstrate a deliberate attempt to withhold my winnings unfairly.

Violation of Trust and Fraudulent Behavior:

Timing of the Block: 4rabet did not block my account during gameplay or wagering but only after I won and requested withdrawal, showing clear bad faith.

Rule Misuse: They vaguely reference “Prohibited Practices” (Rule 13) without substantiating their claims. The rule essentially allows them to accuse players broadly without proof and absolve themselves of liability.

Negligence and Lack of Transparency: 4rabet has ignored my legitimate requests for evidence and clarification, reflecting their intention to exploit users for profit.

My Request:
I kindly urge you to take the following actions:

1. Investigate 4rabet’s operations in India, as they appear to be systematically scamming users.
I see lot of, ...I mean tons of similar complaints on review platforms against 4rabet. I am worried for those students like me who might not be financially stable and may result in drastic actions spoiling their lives.

2. Hold the platform accountable for the unjust blocking of my account and refusal to process my withdrawal.

3. Ensure I am refunded Rs. 21, 680, which is rightfully my money.

I have managed to gather Proof of deposits, withdrawals, and transactions.
I also have with me screenshots of email correspondence and chat logs with customer support. I have attached screenshots of all that they have provided me.

This platform has caused me significant financial and emotional distress. I believe their actions constitute a deliberate scam rather than negligence, and I hope your intervention will help bring justice to affected users like me.
