Its been more than a month till now its not yet verified and while contacting the customer support they say “ we have made a request and we will write to you if new information is recieved”. And I haven’t able to withdraw my balance due to this problem. They are not properly responding to my problems...

Hi sir, I had played this app with my registered phone number and I can't withdraw my money back which I add after playing I want to withdraw but it's not happening so I wanna file a legal action against this. They don't send email for verifications and again they ask for email verification for withdrawing the funds.

I am 4rabet user from past 3 years but never happened to me like this. But my withdrawal request is not processing from past three days.
