Almost 1.5 year ho chuka hai apke company sai service liye huve, but abhi tk shoe bhi nhi aye hai, nd apki coustomer service bilkul bekar hai, abuse word bhi use krte hai, I have a recording of this, nd one more thing, fake promises krke apke agent nai mujhe apki company ki service toh sale kr di, baad m unse contact krne ki kosis ki thi block kr diya mujhe, nd kafi time sai Alok ji sir sai bhi baat ho rhi thi unhone bola, vo solve kr denge problem but still I'm suffering... To be honest bht ganda experience raha hia apki company k sath, ...
Nd kindly refund my full amount 🙏🏻
Agr aap nhi kr skte toh bta dijiye, baad mai mujhe legal action lena hoga 🙏🏻

Mujhe es website se call aaya or inhone mujhe bola ki kotak bank tumhe credit card offer kr rha hai jiski limit 1 lakh rs hai sath me kuch offer bhi de rha hai shoes, watch, shirt, credit card etc or inhone mujhse 7799 rs liye fir eske baad hme product mile jo waste or local hai bhot or card ke naam pr cheat kiya hai koi kotak bank ka card nhi mila hai or refund bhi nhi kr rhe hai agr koi hai to please help krdo mujhe mere pese wapis dila do.

Sales executive from 4way shop called and provide the benefits of trip sponsership and kotak bank credit card so that the person fall in their trap. Same thing was happened with me in mar, 2022. I have all the details of the person who called me and i have the recording for the same the promises made to take the benefits with Rs. 7799 and the person promised to provide 2 trip till dec, 2023. Other than this the person provide the benefits of kotak bank credit card that the 4wayshop is issuing in behalf of kotak bank and its a signature card and free of cost no extra charges, no annual fees etc. After few days no card were delivered and everytime I call the person who asked me to do so said that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. There is no such things happening and I'm going to take this matter to consumer court against the company and the sales person.

4wayshop and it's employee taken my rs 7799/- It's employee promise me that they will provide me a 15% discount card but they taken my money and provide me a fake card and some duplicate brand shirt and shoes. That all products was 3rd quality and not useful for me. It's employee Alok ( Which Contact No is [protected] ) was making a fake promise and not responding. I am calling again and again but he wasn't responding. I have audio call recording of it's employees. I need help and I want my refund. Please help me.

I want to register a complaint against 4wayshop.in online shopping websites.

I got a call from 4 dimensions telling about your number has been choosen for this offer. I listened it & taken time to think. Daily they were calling me & asking for it. So i asked them about proceed only on one condition that if i don't like/not useful i can cancel the order and refund my amount. They're executive informed it will be refundable & agreed.

I paid the amount in emi of around 650 but full amount has been deducted from credit card. When courier has been received i asked them about cancelling the order because it was very complicated to use... But they refused to refund my money stating that only gift item will be replace. Even they promised me for watch to be delivered that one also i didn't received.

It's been 05 days no call for activation, no call for update. When i'm calling them all numbers are busy. Now that product is totally useless for me & my money has gone.

I'm requesting if you can solve my problem to refund my money i'll be very happy. Please do the needful.

I got a call from a number [protected] and [protected] they were telling about some offer that I was eligible for they told that I have to buy some coupon for availing the offer for 7799 rupees and they were saying that I will be getting the discount on every shopping sites upto 15% discount like flipkart and Amazon etc but after paying for the offer I got the information that the company is fraud it just gives the customer false belief that you can't resist and they dumped me I want to get my money back and I don't got any service from them as it is a fraud company please check help me with this problem.

Company charges money Rs.7799/- and give card says 15% discount on shopping (Both online as well ofline) on 25th July 2021 except oils, electricity bill and alcoholic products. I have received a card but the claim made by company was srongly not meet or improper. I have asked to the company, please refund my money but the company person respond that there is no return or refund policy.
please do the needful.

Ex :-I have shared my pattern of thing but no one is taken initiative to tell me thahis pattern is available or not .

And the way your customer service representative is behaving with me for confirmation kindly check the recording other wise I will provide u recordings of the same

The things which I receive is the same thing which you have available. So why your employees have said plzz share your pattern.And they are in such situation that it is send to a illiterate pensioner or poor men.

I am very dissatisfied with the company I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible

Please refund my money

I have got call for this [protected] she says to me we are providing discount card he want phone pe wallet otp, she also ask me which card im using but do not share anything please do the inquire on this number.

I was paid Rs. 7799/- with this condition that it will be converted into EMI for 12 months as committed by the company team member ( Tanishka Rajput). But she failed to do so. Further she committed to prove a card for 20% discount on every off line and online purchases. For this discount the members of the aforesaid company replied that You will have to purchase online e- gift voucher of respective company for discount through TRANSDEAL website and e- voucher code will be send in my mail within 24-48 hours. I tried to purchase the e- gift voucher only 3% discount was giving instead of 20%. For the surety of this voucher code 4wayshop team replied that it is confidential and send only customer mail id. Further I discussed that what is the proof the voucher code will be send on my mail and may not be used by the above both companies, my phone was disconnected. It' s clear that these are the fraud companies FIRST THEY WILL TAKE MONEY BY FALSE COMMITMENT AND THEY WILL BE USED THE E- VOUCHER CODE FOR THEMSELF. so, be aware of these such type of fraud and cheat company. The item they provide for the paid money, is copy of branded company.

I have purchase holiday voucher from 4wayshop on 6-jan-18 and they charged me rs 7800/- for holiday voucher. Now i m asking to claim these voucher as i am planning my trip.

Now they are denying and telling to me that your holiday voucher was expired as you have to claim within an year. This thing they didn't inform me at the time of purchasing. By these way they are looting my hard earned money.br...

Thanks that i got this information. I also got the call after a bought a credit card. I asked them about offers and deals and asked about genuine and it seemed there is nothing on its website. So thank you all guys for awaring. Everyone should aware of this fraud call. It is my pleasure that i told him to call back after 2 hours. Now, i will say to them that i'm not interested.

I purchased last year a card with 7699 rs and they ensure that all product will be good and branded but once i recieved the same that was third class,
I make complaints but third class service.

I have many mails which sent them but no responses. I asked for money back but useless.
No reply.

At the time of purchasing that 20% discount will be recieved in card but when i use through transdeal site they said that on 15000 rs i got 100 rs discount is it 20%.
Totally useless.
Please take serious action regarding this fraud company and save other money before they invest here.

For better feedback i have followed all guidelines given by company. Details are given below...

Fake package amount - 7799/-

1. Every product is local and cheap quality like puma shoes, reebok watch, belt, shirt and wallet.

2. Card of 20% discount are totally fake they have only some shops with address not in all branches where discount are applicable.

3. If you are complaining...

I received a call from unkown number and describing me about the 4wayshopin products with a cost of 7800. After that they send me password and asked me to type on my phone. After that my credit card is debited with 8000 rs. And now i want to return the products and refund my money. I don;t need the products. So cancel the transaction id no. [protected] in the name of deepak kapoor address 389/4 krishna nagar, near adarsh nagar jalandhar punjab, mobile no. [protected].

They will call you and say they are offering a discount coupon for 7798 rupees and you will get 20% off on all products and they would convert it to EMI's.
They will give to shoes, shirt and watch .But i have not received anything till date after making payment.They are totally fraud company.Discount coupon won't work.A strong action should be taken against such company.Few girls are running these companies.Please take legal action against them.
