    Hi
    i need to refund this order, because i was pay by net banking, after i pay your people told they did not received payment to your account, that's why i have order from another web side.
    this issue totally your mistake, your people need to update your web side and improve the payment process having problem.

    i have order two time first one paid 2404 rupees and second time i have been paid 1209 rupees

    which is second time payment only its processed

      I ordered one cake, one flower boutique with rasgulla on 1st april 2021My order No.HIOF-[protected] DT 01.04.2021. Till today not delivered my gift items. there customer care mobile switched off i emailed and cancelled my orders but no reply, how can i refund my amount? FRAUD COMPANY, PLEASE DON'T GO THIS WEBSITE

        Hi,
        I ordered valentines flowers for my wife, but they didn’t deliver it. They don’t answer your calls or texts. They don’t provide the status. It’s been 2 days, I haven’t received anything from them. They are fraud. Please be aware of such websites !!!

          I booked for delivery in their list-A which promises same day delivery but they have not delivered for more than 3 days and are not answering my phone calls also. They also refused to cancel my order when I requested by digital communication available on their website.

            Hi team,
            I ordred the rakhi for my brother who lives in spain. The order is placed on 18/07/2020 and after that i raised three request regarding the delivery of my product but i didnt get the proper response on my item

                  I ordered gift from this website on 23rd of september, which was suppose to deliver on the same day. but they just ran away with my money.

                  No customer support is there. On asking for refund, they shared some invalid consignment number. And product is not yet delivered.

                  I reuest you to please take a immediate action against such fraud people, so that they can not play with emotions of their customers

                    I have ordered a cake for midnight delivery of 27th aug and it wasn't delivered. So i have cancelled the order since i dint get any order confirmation message. Meanwhile i tried contacting customer support so many times and i did not get cancel confirmation message as well. But they came with cake on aug 28 6 p. M.. I told i cancelled the order and finally he took back the cake. Now i want refund of my order. Fake ppl and worst service ever.

                      I have ordered rakhi on 20th of august which was promised to be delivered on 23 of august. However today is 27 and it is not yet delivered. I request the company to either refund or deliver the package asap. It costed me 1503 rs.
                      I have been trying to reach them over mentioned numbers but no one picks up the call. There is no mail id mentioned too. Its very annoying.

                        I placed an order on https://www.indiafloristnetwork.com/ today for 1 kg haldiram's sonpapdi to ranchi. By the late evening, it was delivered but what they delivered was - local sonpapdi and that is 500gm from rose and petals, ranchi.

                        I called on the given number but the number was wrong, sent a few emails but there is no response. Also, i called on the given rose and petals number and had a very rude conversation. After about 12 calls we got 500gm haldiram's sonpapdi and that's for inr 893/- while the price on it is inr 130/-

                        Such "a team of crooks" they are. Like website owners like their delivery houses. Won't recommend anyone to order through https://www.indiafloristnetwork.com/

                          I have ordered for a cake and sweets on dtd 03.07.2018 but till date as on 06.07.2018 we have not recd sweets. And cake was also not provided by them. We need to pick cake by ourself from sector 44 which was one hour distance from my house. It created a very bad image and destroyed the baby birthday 04.07.2018. I'm very much upset by their attitude of non solving the issue .

Inspite of cheating d costumers in d worst possible way, it's to my surprise that no action has been taken by concerned body... They just take order through Dere mastermind site n make u fool... No delivery nothing no contacts... Worst experience of my life...

                                  I ordered sweets for my son on diwali. To our surprise barfi were all spoiled and ants and bugs were running around and ladoo box was empty.

                                  I called nobody spoke to me well.
                                  I sent complain in contact us : no reply
                                  I called again and now they asked me for photos and email on particular address.

                                  Very bad experience with online shopping which i never had before.
                                  Friend made fun of him in hostel. Total bad experience.
                                  Customer support pathatic.

                                    I wish I had seen this webesite for feedbacks earlier, would have NEVER placed the order. Had ordered orchids and basket of fruits (HIFN-[protected])for my dad's 70th Bday at Guwahati. The delivery calls in afternoon to confirm addess and turns up at 6Pm, needless to say withered flowers. Fruits didnot have pomegranate as shared in product code. Ended up cutting a sorry figure and embarrsed amongst other guests before whom this Bouquet was delivered. Ruined the entire experience. Their license should be seized and penalised.

                                      The company has charged me 3 times for the order. Once for the actual order and twice for the delivery. When i called the customer care they won't assist me and hung up on me twice. Also, the packed wasn't delivered on time. It took 4 days to deliver an overnight package. The worst customer service ever. Charging money and then not resolving the issue, such online companies should be shut down immediately.
