I want to register a complaint against 4wayshop.in online shopping websites.

I got a call from 4 dimensions telling about your number has been choosen for this offer. I listened it & taken time to think. Daily they were calling me & asking for it. So i asked them about proceed only on one condition that if i don't like/not useful i can cancel the order and refund my amount. They're executive informed it will be refundable & agreed.

I paid the amount in emi of around 650 but full amount has been deducted from credit card. When courier has been received i asked them about cancelling the order because it was very complicated to use... But they refused to refund my money stating that only gift item will be replace which is not worth more than[protected]... Even they promised me for watch to be delivered that one also i didn't received.

It's been 12-15 days no call for activation, no call for update. When i'm calling them all numbers are busy. Now that product is totally useless for me & my money has gone.

I'm requesting if you can solve my problem to refund my money i'll be very happy. Please do the needful.

My name is Arun I am costumer of 4wayshop I am very disappointed with the services which your company employees have promised me about the product. And after the payment has been made there is no initiative were taken by your employees to update me . I am always have taken initiative for the updation.

Ex :-I have shared my pattern of thing but no one is taken initiative to tell me that this pattern is available or not .

And the way your customer service representative is behaving with me for confirmation kindly check the recording other wise I will provide u recordings of the same

The things which I receive is the same thing which you have available. So why your employees have said plzz share your pattern.And they are in such situation that it is send to a illiterate pensioner or poor men.

I am very dissatisfied with the company I want my money to be refunded as soon as possible

I think u will take action soon-or I will take action. I advise you to check recoding how your customer service representative talk to people.

Even your costomer care also said we will reach you but no action taken till 0524hrs 07/01/2021

if you require further require more deatils of my call log and other details let me know i have all the promisses which your executive said.
