I got a call from 5paisa executive regarding account opening for trading and she explained about variants such as platinum and titanium and she made me to opt platinum by giving false data about platinum as she said that platinum account will have life time free with no charges and i opted that and later i found that all the data given is false and i called to executive and she said is not responded and i asked for refund she replied that mail to our support team they will do the reversal till now they didn't responded and i didn't complete my account opening process till now and without opening account how can they debit charges. I request your good selves to arrange for refund of my amount which is debited rs 588/82 as my pan avvpa9608g. My client id in 5 paisa is 53289404. Here am attaching the statement of my account for your necessary action.
