I sent kyc to 5paisa capital limited on 03.04.2023 but, didn't taken it on them system now. I have both emailing and nagative response on both time. My demate a/c.53111911. I humble request to you take appropriate action urgently.

I got a call from 5paisa executive regarding account opening for trading and she explained about variants such as platinum and titanium and she made me to opt platinum by giving false data about platinum as she said that platinum account will have life time free with no charges and i opted that and later i found that all the data given is false and i called to executive and she said is not responded and i asked for refund she replied that...

Actually i bought 2, 000 vodafone idea shares on 28th march due market fluctuation share price was fallen next day almost 60%. However, vodafone idea decided to issue discounted shares, who bought the share on or before 28th march. For this process, broker is need to be give the details to vodafone and then they are issue the discounted share.in this, i’m eligible to get the discounted shares but 5 paisa capital.com was not shared the details...

I had opened demate and trading account with 5paise capital limited through online, i did not sent any docunt to them by courier to open account. My demate and trading account was successfully activated by 5 paise capital limited. I have loss lot of money since lack of knowlwdge. I have purchased reliance regular savind fund of 33.95 units through 5 paisa demate account. I have placed redemption order several times. But redemption rejected...

I had opened online trading account with 5 paisa.
They are not alloted all segment to me.
While trading the mobile app working horrible & not showing
the orders placed. People like me placing order after order because
app not showing any placed order.
After day end, we know that we loose too much money as our orders
get executed behind the screen....
