5Paisa Capital Limited — rejection of credit card application

My name is harshal nagda. My mobile no. Is [protected]. And i am from 5paisa capital limited (Iifl). From hsbc there was campaign driven for credit card sale.in that campaign i have applied for credit card.

Sales person name is rizwan and his mobile no. Is [protected]. As per his guidance i have given all the documents. Till the time i have not submitted the document he continuously calling me and sending messages to my whatsapp number. This was around 2nd january 2019.

He given committment that within 10 days i will get the credit card and will do all process. I have waitted for 10 days but i didnt get the credit card. So i contacted him on phone he didnt answered my call. I messaged him on whatsapp, he didnt replied me.

3-4 days ago i got the mail from hsbc that my application is rejected and i can apply new after 6 months.

First of all if all the documents are perfect which was submitted by me and guided by your sales person than on what basis my documents are rejected.

Just for sake of sales your sales person just misguided me and took all the documents and now he is not answering and my application is rejected without any reason.

If hsbc is not capable enough to handle their sales person properly than why they are doing campaigns in the different companies.

I want proper solution on this or i will escalate this matter to all the head.

I have all the proof against your sales agent.
