Hi,
I opened my account with 5paisa.com broker 3 months ago and bought shares of 2, lakh initially, later on i bought shares of 5 lakh on credit (Money provided by 5paisa). They were charging interest on 5lakh on daily basis of 0.05% per day which is ok but today i found that they sold the stocks from my account holding on loss of 1.5 lakh without asking me. Now they are saying you have to bear the loss, i lost the amount bcoz of their weird decision. When i called their customer care they said we are authorize to sell the shares from your holding to recover our money, if you do not pay money to us within 90 days. I said you guys are charging interest on daily basis on outstanding amt. Atleast you should have ask me before initiating such step but they are not ready to listen and imposing all loses on me.
Please assist here and take strict action against such fraud company which is duping hard earned money of people. Such type of organization are not allowed to run their operations in india. Was this information helpful? |
