This is to inform you of the bad time iam having with ur so-called reputed and customer friendly organzation.
Sir, i i have been victimised for no reason and no fault of mine.
i fail to understand that why should i suffer for any misscommunication that happens internally within your organization.
It shows that its the only outside glitter and the reality is far more scary.
As a customer i expect transparency, timely intimation and good service. sorry to say 5-paisa have left me dissapointed in all aspects.
my problems are as follow:-
1) suddenly i am being told last week that the amou nt of RS12600 have been taken away from my account and the mail mentione no reason for it. Customer support was no help either, as they sruggled to give me a convincing reason.
Customer support seems to be highly ignorant and certainly lacks the knowledge of how to effctively carry on their roles.
After great struggle i was told that some miss calculation happened last year and they had credited my account by Rs 12600 extra. And so after ages they decide to pull back the money by squaringoff my positions, and all that happens without intimating me.
Is this true transparecy? hope to hear an explantaion for the same.
2) Customer support ensured me that they will revert at the earlist to me, but the waiting had been quite long and i havnt got any call from them til date.
Wonder what did they mean by "As soon as possible" . did it means of reverting within hours, or days or months?
3) every one gives the lame excuses like "Not we, Mumbai people did it"? As a customer please tell how and why should i bother to know how the organization works internally.
All I seek timely support and service. is it too much an ask? Please respond.
My patience have given up and any addition to my frustation whould lead me to escalate the issue, Even though i dont wish to.
I hope the reputed financial firm like "5-Paisa" understans the importance of customer connect.
A customer if happy brings 10 other customers and i[censored]nhappy leaves with 10 others.
