I've been attempting to get back my funds from this site for several months, but I've been encountering errors. I strongly advise against depositing your money on this site. I was able to recover my money thanks to Durafox Tech, I came across their services via Google, and they assisted me in regaining access to all my funds.

I have placed several VTT orders on 5paisa, and even when these Stock's trading price went below my Stop Loss prices, the order did not trigger.

today my account balances below 15000rupees only available at 24/2/2022

so me order at nifty 21 april 17300 ce at current market price show at website 86.40rupees only..

so i can order only 50 quantity at 86.40 rupee

50multiple 86.40 even at only 4320 rupee only.

me purchase after 2minit market go down so i sell my order at same market price show at trading platform 86.40.
.
after that show my account current balance -13660 rupees
and increase margin value at -27725

so i check my portfoilio details ..
details show at buy value 735rupees and sell value at 86.40 rupees
i dont know how to possible

I hold trading Demat account with 5 paisa.com with the above details.
For a request raised atleast 4 instances on trot (starting 28th July' 2021), and inspite of having furnished all that is required, the Nominee name still does not reflect in my account Profile therein. This, even as more than 4 months have passed by (since October 19th' 2021).

This clearly is not an honest business practice on 5paisa.com. Infact. it is pretty serious a lapse, and pathetic on part of the concerned departments there, to not being able to do something as important and basic as incorporating the Nominee details.

Kindly help get this done, on an immediate note.

5 paisa taking 250percent more taxes with respect to other broker, if i trade same volume with the 5piasa and ZERODHA and trade smart online the brokrage are 5 paisa is less but the tax like STT and turnover tax are 250 percent more then the ZERODHA and trade smart, they making fool to customer and please show in news

Sir, I don't know how they opener my samay account and after every few months they are charging me negative balance and when I said them mANY TIME to close my account they are not doing this. And always give me some reason to not to close my account.
I JUST WANT TO CLOSE ALL TYPES OF CONNECTION FROM 5Paisa.com. but I am unable to do it. And no executive from them are helping me. Worst company I got connected. Please help me. Hi I purchase gold from 5 paisa app on 2/11/21.my money is deducted from account but I don’t receive any gold.I send them transaction screen shot on same day.but till day I don’t receive my money.they make fool of me for month then ask me to send bank statement again.I send bank statement again but I don’t get any money till day.I mailed them called them every week but they only make fool I don’t know but to do or I want to file complaint against them please suggest me where I can lodge complaint.5 paisa is worst site please don’t invest your hard earned money through this site.🙏🏻

5paisa team has been not helping me close the account. They have asked me to pay the remaining credit and I've already done that. After submitting the closure request they have charged my account again and unwilling to close the account when I have cleared all dues. Kindly help resolve this conflict.

I have mailed to 5paisa about closing my account alot of time in last 40 days... They always say different things, . I have done whatever they said in mails to close account, but still my account is active and they are deducting my money for AMC MONTHLY CHARGES... i dont know where ro compalint... I have an account at your company. I wanted to close my account so I mailed to your company to close my account but then I changed my mind and the very next day I mailed not to close my account even the same thing intimated through chat box. On that I have received your query is resolved so keeping that in mind I bid for ipo through 5 paisa and shares are alloted me.At the time of selling the shares I was facing error for that I called your team, mailed and chat but I have received the reply that my complaint is raised they have to check the reason for which I took follow up for 2-3 days. Then at 4 to 5 days when I called then your team said me that my account is inactive and I have to send hard copy of the kyc form duly filled along with my other documents which I have done. They have not intimated me that you can share the scan copy so that if anything is missing we can guide you. So due to non availability of that facility I have filled form as per my knowledge and couriered the same. After courier the next day I asked to your team they said me 10 days required to work on that then after 4 days when I am calling I have received the reply your form is rejected due to some missing signature so you again filled the form and couriered which not out of my par I can't do. After my call I am getting intimation that my form is rejected and at the time of opening the account this process is not required.

Sir this is stock market where you understand every minutes value market goes up and down due to your company I have already loss Rs.5000 and if again all this thing I will do so I think the loss will turn 10000 which I can't bear. If the intimation was received earlier then I had not applied for IPO through your company. Due to all this I am getting harass mentally and financially from last 10 days so kindly look into and hope for your co-operation.

I have reffered two friends to join 5paisa but after one month when I call to customer support they told me you are not eligible for reffered money because your friends who created account from paid media.

I Ram Gopal AEIPG9567J opened an account but never operated it or traded in this account.
Just after opened the account I realized that there is some wrong So I immediately lodge request to close my account and pay/refund my balance.
But no action was taken at your end and I now I am receiving statement showing debit balances from your site.
Kindly look into the matter and refund may balance.

It is selling customers phone number to frauds

My all accounts are closed on 16/04/2021 by 5 paisa
But my account balance is Rs-29.50 on 06/05/2021
How is it possible after closure of account?
I have credited rs.29.50 on 10/06/2021 and my account balance become zero on 10/06/2021
But now balance is rs.-29.50 since 11/05/2021 and asking for credit amount
So I want my credit amount of rs.29.50 and close all accounts, not to debit account

I have transferred Rs. 100000/- on 09.02.2021 around 11.30 am to my demat account using internet banking, but the amount is still not credited to my dmat account even after almost 36 hours have passed. 5 paisa has deducted around 11k from my ledger as i pressed the the button accidentally. although i raised ticket immediately, they are not refunding my amount.

Kindly ask them to refund the full amount as i have cancelled the subscription immediately.

But I am not interested in to open account of your company. But again and again, He called me 4 to 5 times a day and sometimes he talked to me about abusing language.

For new Customers while opening Account in 5Paisa.com(free Demat and Trade) they offered 1 free share, but now i have sold all shares including free share, even though after i sold everything, repeatedly(3 times) they are imposing(buying which i have sold free share and always saying it is free share provided for new customers..how many times they will do this like a child) without my consent in my account.i am looking to close my account, but they are doing this type o[censored]nfair job.I think they are looking for monthly and per trade charges easily by doing this cheap techniques.

5 paisa is automatically setting subscriptions in my account and deducting the money from my balance in 5 paisa portal. I have tried to call customer care but no one picking phone and i even mailed no. Of times but they are not resolving the issue

I am new user to 5paisa, I've added RS 100 to start the trade. Then I figured it out and found an option to withdraw funds, I tried alot but couldn't. It's been a week daily I am submitting query for closing my account, they resolve the status of query without resolving it.

Today morning my intraday position got square off in morning itself without my consent or notification.

I made an intraday trade in the morning and after few minutes it got square off automatically. Although i did not do anything. I tried calling on helpline number but no response from their end. Even though i am a yearly subscriber of premium membership. I have paid a large amount for that.

I opened my account with 5paisa.com broker 3 months ago and bought shares of 2, lakh initially, later on i bought shares of 5 lakh on credit (Money provided by 5paisa). They were charging interest on 5lakh on daily basis of 0.05% per day which is ok but today i found that they sold the stocks from my account holding on loss of 1.5 lakh without asking me. Now they are saying you have to bear the loss, i lost the amount bcoz of their weird decision. When i called their customer care they said we are authorize to sell the shares from your holding to recover our money, if you do not pay money to us within 90 days. I said you guys are charging interest on daily basis on outstanding amt. Atleast you should have ask me before initiating such step but they are not ready to listen and imposing all loses on me.

Please assist here and take strict action against such fraud company which is duping hard earned money of people. Such type of organization are not allowed to run their operations in india.

From Nov-2018 I have availed Swing Trading facility from 5paisa broker through telephonic conversation with customer care people.
Now from past 15days I am requesting them to deactivate the Swing Trading facility over telephonically & through E-mail. But they are saying that after deduction of this year's service charge/subscription amount only I have to deactivate myself in the 5paisa App, which option is not available in the said App. (Amount is not deducted yet, will be deducted on or after 16th of Nov-2019 as per them).
But I need to be deactivate the Swing Trading facility right now.
Kindly look into this & resolve the issue soon.

Dear sir company give the money 555rupey per acounts in reffrance in 5 paisa but i have open the my reffrance in 40+ acounts in 5 paisa company and 06/08/2019 to 22/08/2019 total 40 acounts and i have no resive any amounts ii am call the customer care told me this time minimum 5000 thougents requirment in one accounts first time not told him i have 16/08/2019 call him reffral money reggarding told me monday resive my money but this time told him not resive margin money requirment plese my total amaunts 30k plus and comny not give my money

In march19 executive girl called from 5paisa.com and asked about otp which was sent by him on my mobile 2 days after he has deducted rs5988 from my demat account now he is saying it will not be refunded whether you complaint any where. since march i am regularly complaining and talked his customer care but nothing happened. till i have not used his service for which he has deducted it is clearly fraud.

I had opened an account with 5 paisa.com last year which was a pure Demat account . I have a total of 75K deposited in my account and last month I bought one share for 14K . I was not aware that I have crossed my account balance, and this was also not intimated to me by the system . later on the customer service tells me that the if the share is from a particular category it allows the purchase. Now since I am not aware I have overshot my balance, when I receive a SMS of debit adjustment I totally clueless and the next day they deduct the shares from my account when the market is at the rock bottom . Now today I get a message regarding Quarterly adjustment and it is telling me POA ( power of attorney ) is not active . Now they would initiate Quarterly Settlement of the stocks and same will transfer to DP account .Telling me to adjust the debit immediately . Frankly speaking being a layman in this share terminology, I feel the company is fleecing novice customers like myself . I also have a Demat account with ICICI bank for the last 10 yr however never faced such issues .
Please suggest what can be done
