I have a trading account with 5paisa. the account was regular with transactions. suddenly one they the account got inactive.after talking to their constumer support executive i submitted the kyc form and my aadhar pan card. i have sent them over 20 times. Every time i got a response that kyc documents are not in clear images.
their customer support is also not helping me out. my hard earned money is stuck in stock market not an option to withdraw. i request you to please look into the matter as they are continously harassing me over the issue. Was this information helpful? |
