I have been told we have good service of customer support but I tried calling many times but always it comes busy and no responce. I am a beginner in trading and I want to understand the app usage. But customer support is not helping me to deal things. Dropped mails but no correct responce is given. I added some money to the account but no information is provided on hidden charge and normal charges. Also I did a recent trading of 1000 rupee. No information of that money. I lost money but not statement I could find on tat.
Please help me with the customer support .I would will to exit this worst trader.
