7 Drives Multi Car Shop — Money refund

- Got a call in Feb 2016 from 7 Drives through my car enquiry with Just Dial
- Gauri Patil from 7 Drives called me promising car delivery earlier than dealers and with discounts against full payment
- I made full payment of 18, 54, 841 for SX(O) Creta in Feb 2016 through RTGS
- Delivery date was agreed for 25 March by 7 Drives
- I get call on 21March saying the car they have received is damaged hence unable to deliver on time and that delivery will be delayed
- my company had to capitalize the car in financial year hence we made it clear to give delivery by March or cancel the booking
- She wrote to me to go for cancellation in March 2016 & that they will refund full amount in a week time
- After more than a month they gave cheques for full amount which BOUNCED thrice (Stop Payment) by Vikas Dongre, Owner
- Since then several cheques have bounced
- meanwhile 7 drives was closed and office shifted to new location with new name S S Motors where he is cheating new people
- Finally with great difficulty and mental harassment got major amount back
- as on date 1 June 2017, balance is 2, 54, 841 to be received
- he has given cheques for that which has also bounced
