Hi all, 99acres is the worst paid service out of all the property advertise companies. I am writing this review, because I just wanted to help to all the sellers, who are taking 99acres paid worst service. I have taken paid service from 99acres. I paid around 13000/-. A lady named Cheena calls you and says so many stories about the services provided by 99acres. But all of these stories are of no use. Relationship manger named Shivam Bathla initially calls you two or three times per day. You may feel that he is really and seriously working on it and your house may sell as soon as possible. Finally the assigned relation manager says that the customers are not showing interest in your area at all. But this is not true. After taking service from Magicbricks I got at least good number of responses for my house just by paying 2500/-. In the total period of 3 months I got only 4 responses from 99acres. Out of it only one genuine response. But remaining 3 responses are of no use Unnecessarily I paid 13000/- and all got wasted my money and time.

Please do not trust 99acres at all and do not waste your money by taking 99acres paid service package.

Here the funny thing they again 99acres sales team started calling and asking me take the package again. I just shouted on him. From that time they stopped calling me.

Please do not take any paid package from 99acres. You can take packages from other company websites like MagicBricks or Housing.com, etc.
