Dear friends and fellow homeowners,
I want to share my recent experience with 99acres, and it's far from positive. 😞
On November 27, 2023, I signed up for one of 99acres' premium plans, investing a significant amount - Rs. 20, 060, with the hope of getting a flood of inquiries from prospective buyers for my apartment. However, after 45 days, I'm utterly disappointed with the results. 🏡
My so-called "premium" plan managed to generate only 16 inquiries and scheduled just one visit with a prospective buyer. This falls drastically short of the expectations set by their sales representatives during the subscription process. 📉
What's even more concerning is that 99acres seems to be delivering fake inquiries. 🤔 When I asked about the poor response, I was told that these inquiries were not genuine, and the prospective buyers were just "shopping around." This raises serious doubts about the authenticity of leads generated through 99acres. 🕵️♀️
Meanwhile, apartments in my complex were selling without any issues. It's clear that there's demand in the market, but the results from 99acres don't reflect this reality. 🏢
Feeling cheated and misled, I've requested the cancellation of my current plan and a refund of the Rs. 20, 060 I invested. I don't want to continue with a service that has failed to deliver on its promises. 💰
I hope that 99acres will respond promptly and resolve this issue. I'll keep you all updated on how it unfolds. If you're considering using 99acres, please be cautious. My experience has been far from satisfactory.
