99Acres — Cheating nature of 99 Acres

I posted one property in Visakhapatnam. I got multiple emails and phone calls for using paid services to get the property selling quicker and easier with a dedicated manager. I paid 12, 000 rupees based on phone call suggestions from 99 Acres around for this in February 2023 to get the assistance of sale for 3 months. I got a letter from 99 Acres with the payment receipt. I got a email and phone message about a dedicated manager for me. In the first 2-3 days, we got phone calls from Gujarat, stating they were interested, but no one ever came or continued the calls. They (Gujarat) can only call us, but not us. From then on, I did not get any messages, emails, or phone calls from anyone. Also, all the photos I uploaded, my phone number, and all other details changed. It is completely cheating, I wasted my money and time on this. I suggest not going for 99 Acres' paid service anytime.
