I had ordered for 4 books with 99bookscart on 8th of January. On 10th, they emailed me, saying that they do not have a book from the order in stock (they have done this in the past). However, the email also mentioned that if I opt for a replacement, they would ship the order immediately.
In a telephone conversation later that day, I let them know that I do not need an alternative book at present. Further, I asked them to ship the rest of the books and issue a refund for the unavailable book.
A couple of days later, I enquired about the refund and the shipping status. Following this, I got a rude response on call that they need 7-9 days to ship/refund. This is a contradiction in itself because they mentioned in the email that they would ship the books (7 days ago).
They have been ignoring calls and messages all the while. I still have no information regarding shipping or refund.
