I have placed online mobile purchase order Samsung j5 from 99onlinesale.com but order not confirm yet my account debited of rs. 6098/- and no body is replying on email and given mobile is always switched off. pl share any solution for the same to recover money. Was this information helpful? | |||

i have ordered samsung galaxy on7 mobile on 12th january 2016 from 99 online sale my account is debited of rs.6098 and havent got the mobile till now and no body is picking my call on contact number given on website please find some way to either get my money or mobile..

I have ordered a SAMSUNG GALAXY On7 mobile through 99ONLINESALE website on[protected] with order # 7493 for Rs.6, 098/-. I was mailed that the product will be delivered in 5-7 working days from the date of order. But till now i have not received any mobile nor my amount has been not refunded. When i tried to contact the customer care through E-Mail and Telephone both are not responding and even the website is suspended. I am really confused that how to get back my refund or the ordered product. Please help and if possible take legal action against the vendor.
