99Rpm — Order not cancelled, despite repetitive requests. | |||||
I have ordered a crank case assembly LH for pulsar 150 on 8th April, 2021. Order No.[protected] On 15th April, I found the part locally and placed a cancellation request. As per their cancellation policy, which is mentioned as "99rpm offers cancellation & refund before products are invoiced. All you have to do is to notify via email. For cancellation, you need to contact at [protected]@99rpm.com with your order number. (exceptions apply, see sections below)." By the time, I placed the cancellation request, the product was neither dispatched nor invoiced. Despite this fact and my repetitive requests over emails, the 99rpm team dispatched the product with partial parts and refunded the amount with out my consent. Now what should i do with the part and this company breaching their own policy. I seriously demand a full refund of the amount. Was this information helpful? | |||||
