My order number is[protected]. I ordered the rear seat cowl with two other items for my Bajaj Pulsar NS200 2017 on 10th September 2019 for a total of Rs.1944 . I received the order on 21st september 2019. The rear seat cowl I received was broken. So, I sent an e-mail to them regarding this. They promptly issued a refund of Rs.1633 for the rear seat cowl. But instead of transferring the amount to the original payment method I used that is my credit card, they gave me a store credit which is not at all right. This store credit blocks me from using the amount somewhere else when needed. That amount should have been credited to my credit card instead of the store credit. I have sent them an e-mail today itself regarding this as well. I'am waiting for the answer. Can someone suggest me any other ways of getting that amount back to my credit card.
