very carefully against city limouzines/city realcom. There is no mention about city co-op. credit society ltd. , in the scheme of arrangement. There are small investors who have invested in city hospitalities ltd. and there is no mention about the same. There are many investors at Bangalore office and surrounding areas... REALCOM, A SUBSDIARY OF CITY LIMOUZINES. INITIALLY, THE COMPANY STARTED ISSUING CHEQUES IN A LOT OF 2-3 CHEQUES, THEN AFTER SOMETIME THEY STARTED ISSUING CHEQUES IN PIECE-MEAL OF ONE OR TWO CHEQUES.
WHEN I MADE COMPLAINT, I RECEIVED 4 CHEQUES IN A LOT AND OUT OF THESE CHEQUES, CHEQUES FOR THE MONTH OF AUGUST,2009 HAD BOUNCED AND WHEN IN TRIOED TO CONTACT DELHI, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE FOR THE CHEQUE FOR THE MONTH OF SEPTEMBER,2009... 1,28,010 in citi realcom (a company of City Limouzines Pvt Limited) on 29 Jun 2009 (Receipt Nos, are 7706 and 20581) and they posted me a file no. 36659 and agreement paper on 20 Jul 09(in which they have mentioned that for the next five year i will get an amount of Rs. 8800 as a rental/interest etc for the i have invested in the company... This is my personal appeal to consumer court on behalf of all my friends & who all have invested in the same that why don, t they make a law so that nobody will suffer from this bcoz their are lots of families which are totally dependent on this but now they have no options so ones again its my humble request to take the decision ASAP... I am a client of City Limouzines India Ltd. I had been issued a post dated 12 cheques of Rs. 7775/- per month. I used to deposit them on 30th of every month. but now my back sent me a letter stating that the cheque has bounced && dducted Rs. 100 as penalty from me. when i called at " City Limouzines "
they say a meeting is pending && they will decide something afterthat... i am a customer of city limouzines company. in it we have to deposit a sum of around 2,45,000 and they weare supposed to give as return in the form of 16,700 (approx) but their cheques have started bouncing now please help me... | |
