I am totally agree with above statements, atleast we can get our money with interest...thats more than enough in these circumstances.
The agreement signed by company officials on stamp paper has to be fulfilled at all cost. The value of bonds issued should also be honoured.
How can these guys walk away with our money.
Company head office is not replying to e-mail queries. Shows their guilt.
We should all get together and hire a lawyer at bombay to sue these guys and recover our investment.

All my sympathies to you all .. i am also an investor ... i was supposed to invest 5 lkahs in oct 08 but i only invested 1.25 in oct 08.. im currently loosing abt 60 to 70 thousand but im ok .. the very day i invested i knew co. wudnt last long .. wake up and smell the coffee .. how cud any co. offer you 48% returns p.a and you do not know wht the co. is doing .. more gain more risk ..plz understand ...do not have hopes of any amt, , , i know few insiders and as per a meeting they have promised by jan 2010 they wud give all 12 post dated cheques .. thats all bull s###... they are buying time so that we investors just lay calm and forget the whole matter .. plz dont keep any hopees and forget abt your money and beawre of co's like city ... example AIM MCL YIL, GCL, SHree resort etccc

write a direct complaint to the president of india, prime minister of india, RBI, SEBI Chairman at once so as to sue the company and its associates at once, so as to recover our hard earned invested money in this company City Limouzines/ City Real Com. I am 67 years old and also an investor. This whole money belongs to our country India, so this hard earned money should not be transferred out of our Country India, If it goes away, then All the above Dignities will be responsible and the citizens/ senior citizens, of this country are not safe.
