we need to regroup and update ourselves each day till we get our money back.

I have invested in City Combo + Limouzine Scheme. My brother recently invested for Rs8, 800/- per month for5 years. I heard now there is a meeting on 7th & 8th Oct.'09 Is it postponed. Pls help.

I have invested 1,39,000.00 rupees in city realcom in august 2008. I have recieved 9 cheque payments as on date. This august My cheque was bounced. I am trying to contact Pune branch from last two months. All phone lines and mobile numbers are out of order.

city realcom — cheque dishonoured

I have invested Rs.1,29,010. from aug 09 my cheque has bounced by stating that insufficient fund. then come to know that company facing some IT cases so cheque will cleared after 15th onwards. then came to know after 25th, then 5th of sep then 15th and so on.........,,,till today there is no idea. what the company actually facing, whether it is true or just making us fool.

Please note i have also invested in city limouzines ltd for Rs.121283/- and Rs 233979 my only one cheque is honoured in first case & in Second case i haven't received any documents except receipt of payment now the company is not responding to my email and telephone.

This is my personal appeal to consumer court on behalf of all my friends & who all have invested in the same that why don, t they make a law so that nobody will suffer from this bcoz their are lots of families which are totally dependent on this but now they have no options so ones again its my humble request to take the decision ASAP

I complain earliear also again I would like to ask that it was told in the meeting on 8th that after Diwali company will start paying our investment money but till now nothing has been heard from them. Pls tell us what is the actual position and what steps company is taking for our fund.

I have invested my money in the scheme of City Hospitalities Ltd., City Realcom. They had issued 10 post dated cheques of Rs.7,775/- with the promise that they would be issuing total 60 cheques spread over 5 years. During the month of August 2009, the Cheque dated 15/8/09 bounced for the reason "Stop Payment" / Non-Sufficient Fund. When checked with the City Realcom Office, they asked me not to deposit the cheque right now and to wait till 15th September'09. When contacted in September'09 - came to know that the office is closed. The city realcom office people are not traceable. Wat is to be done now please help.

city realcom — CHEQUE BOUNCED IN AUG 09 AND NO PAYMENTS RECEIVED SINCE THEN.

We had invested in City Realcom and since Aug 09 payments have been stopped since then as the chq bounced siting reason as Insufficient funds. Thereafter tried contacting them but could not establish any contact with them. Also had sent them a bank statement as asked by them earlier.

city realcom — not even got the principal amount

I had invested 1, 41,000/- in City Realcomm finance company & involvement of Police had let the company to shut down.

i Want to blame the Police & our system because they came into picture to save the people against scandal but now they are neither taking action agaisnt the company to recover the money nor they are allowing the company to restart.

Like me lot of people are sitting with hope that they will get the hard earned money back but the commissioner who has taken this case or handling this case is sleeping i think.

I m writing this in this forum, becoz let me see what happens by implementing all this sites.

city realcom — NON RECEIPT OF PAYMENTS/CHEQUES BOUNCED

MY WIFE HAD MADE INVESTMENT WITH CITY REALCOM AND SINCE AUG 2009 WE HAVE NOT RECVD ANY PAYMENTS AS ALSO THE CHEQUES BOUNCED AND THEREAFTER UNDERSTAND THAT THE COMPANY IS CLOSED DOWN.
WE WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THE PROCEDURE OF FILING A POLICE COMPLAINT AGAINST THE CHEATERS AS UNDERSTAND THAT SAME IS BEING DONE BY SOME INVESTORS.

I want to know whether these sites are made only for writing the Complaint or any necessary action is being taken.
how will we come to know that our efforts in writing in this site is rewarded.

i couldnt see any changes even after wirting this site also.

Still the system is going in the same way.

city realcom — No development on returns since investments

I have invested for 5 yrs returns of rs 7775/- per month from Oct 2008 at Chennai but the cheque bounced from Sep 2009 stating account freezed by EOW. Till date no reply/fruitful result is received. Where I have to complaint about City Realcom against their Regn No RC-9549 dt 3.9.08

My wife also invested for 5 years returns of Rs 5000/- per month from Jul 2009 but due to account freezing I could not get any amount of principal or interest since then. Where I have to complaint about City Realcom against their Regn No RC-18816 dt 25.7.2009.

city realcom — Non-payment of returns as money invested Rs.2,59,000/-

I had Invested of approx Rs 2,59,000/-in City Realcom & limouzines group in Aug 2009 for which i had only receipt ,till I get agreement City groups A/c had been locked for auditing but at same when i had provided cheque how that had been cleared when there is under supervision of auditors.
