A O Smith — Collected AMC amount but did not provide service

On May 22, 2023 technician from AO smith visited my place for water treatment as I requested for service like everytime on helpline. Customer care asked me to pay to the technician for AMC. I Paid 2800/- for AMC & 400 as visiting charge. Total Rs.3200/- before paying I also spoke to the area manager of kalyan Mr. Lalesh Gupta to send his digital ID card so that I make a payment. He did send the card on the technician's phone. So I made a payment through Gpay. He informed me that the AMC would start from now onwards continuing for the year.
In the month of Aug again I needed water treatment hence, I called customer care where I'm informed that there is no AMC active on my profile. I called the area manager on his mobile number he, denied for the service. He said I've not received your money. I had complained on Ao smith helpline where they asked me to mail them, I did mail too. There is no response or action taken against the area manager or technician. How should I get my money back???
