Collected AMC amount but did not provide service

On May 22, 2023 technician from AO smith visited my place for water treatment as I requested for service like everytime on helpline. Customer care asked me to pay to the technician for AMC. I Paid 2800/- for AMC & 400 as visiting charge. Total Rs.3200/- before paying I also spoke to the area manager of kalyan Mr. Lalesh Gupta to send his digital ID card so that I make a payment. Water purifier bad after sales

I have 2 water purifiers from a o smith. After sales is absolutely unprofessional. Will suggest people not to buy from a o smith. Complains are not taken up seriously. Do not send executive for weeks . Absolutely non professional....

Geyser not working

Foul smell in water

I purchased a AO Smith water heater in 2019. The water till now smells very bad. The technician says we need to clean the tank which would cost Rs. 500 and it needs to be done once in six months. In that case it is Rs. 1000 per year. I'm using other brand water heater for 10 years in the same house and it doesn't cause any issue untill now. I think the company has to do something about this....

ao smith water purifier - request number 10101765

Using Purifier from AO Smith, have raised the request to change the filters on 21st May 2018. They kept on updating the request saying I didn't respond to call, in reality, no one called. I only called up the allocated resource after no updates say he is there in another part of Bangalore and cant attend the request and today I had called the customer care twice but they said its escalated but nothing has been done in reality. water purifier

Ao smith water purifier: raised request for amc renewal on 30th apr and also for replacement of filters as they had worn out. After a week on not receiving any response i called up their cs and was promised a call back. The so called technician, informed me that there will be a price revise and they will get it sorted in couple of days. After 11 days when i call back they again inform that a technician will call back.

I purchased a new geaser and the dealer assured me installation and demonstration on payment of Rs 200/- Naturally a customer, particularly housewives need demonstration as it is not safe to handle such a risky electrical equipment . I expect a quilified company representative to illustrate the procedure to my family members even if costs something . I hope you will respond positively .
