A R Enterprises — Fraud done for captcha work

If you failed to complete their work then ??
After the date or time of work is over (In most cases it will be 10 days) you will receive a call from their fraud advocate which will try to scare you by saying that you failed to complete company work or you have done it incorrectly or you breached the conditions of the agreement which result in a loss for the company
For compensation, you need to pay Rs 4000 to 1000 to the company
If you do not pay the amount then Advocate will try to scare you by saying that you need to come to Maharastra Court or there will be case Registered against you or police can come up at your house to arrest and many other things to scare you and get money from you
They will call you with different numbers and try to scare you and try to increase the amount
They will send many Fake notices through Emails
They will message you that case is registered against you with this number BT ARBITR.
They will tell you that notice will be sent at your home but it will never going to send
Their fake advocate will try to speak with you harshly and try to abuse as well as give you fake warnings
they will tell you to pay the amount in half hour or if not paid then there will be the case against you
they are trying to scare you so that to get money from you

Now, what to do ???
You need to simply ignore their calls and messages as well as their Emails regarding the same
As their Advocate is fake and their agreement is fake
Their Notices are fake
If Their fake advocate will try to speak with you harshly and try to abuse as well as give you fake warnings just don't panic and tell them to do whatever you like to
Their Case against you also fake
So you don't need to panic or worry as everything told by them is totally fake
You may go to the police and register a complaint against these fraud people
These people can just scare you nothing more so fight them hard

Exactly the same way they called me n said that they are going to file a case against me in the Gujarat court. I thn googled it n saw the stories. I want to thnk you guys for sharing your stories. AR ENTERPRISE FRAUD
Plz do not fall into their trap.

I face the same problem one person call me saying that he is SI of Maharashtra police station and your father will be arrested if you don't pay the company 5400Rs. He said that you break there agreement conditions soo we will send you an FIR copy to you by mail. We should teach them a good lesson

maine bhi inke fraud m phas gaya hun, daily calls, mails, textmsg kr rahe hai.
koi advocate call krrahi hai.
mujhe bahut tension ho raha hai 7/8/2020 se
yeh mujhe pareshan krrahe hai.
2 days se kuch khana bhi nhi khaya, khate hi nhi ban raha kiya karu. plz suggest me,
me bahut depress ho raha hun,
5500 fine + 3000 penalty mail kiya hai.

Dear Team,

Kindly suggest, I am receiving calls, Whtsapp messages, Emails along with a notice, which is attached below. I had received a call from ([protected]) A.R.Enterprise executive. She had taken a soft copy of my aadhar card & had sent me a form to fill. I did completed the form & had submitted on 29th July 2020. After subitting the asked documents on (CAPTCHA ), they had asked to wait for next few days.

On 11/08/2020, I received a call from (+[protected] from A.R.Enterprises legal team, that they are registering a complaint against me for not submitting there online forms, which i have never received till date under INDIAN CONTRACT ACT-1872

& have asked to deposit Rs.5400/- + Rs.3000/- in company account.

They have also mentioned that they have penelised me under IPC section -406.

Now in this I am completely frightened, & would require your team's support to help me to get rid of this fraudulence.

I am Tanveer. Mujhe bhi A.R. Enterprises Company se 4 Aug. 2020 ko Call aya tha. 90% sahi hona chahiye nhi to apko 5, 000 dena padega. Maine unse bol diya tha ki m ye kaam nhi krunga. fir bhi unka mail aa gya section 73, 74, 75 Act ke tahat apne company ka nuksan kiya h. apko court me jarkar hajir hona pdega. keh kar roj roj kuch na kuch msg. kr ke depression me mujhe daal rhe h. plz help me sir.
