A S Enterprises Service — AS enterprises is fraud

I paid arif shaikh rs. 4000 for my passport work. Now more than 4 months have elapsed, nohting has happened. This person is absconding. He is not reachable.
He gave various reasons like-
Passport website is down
My father expired so i was out of station for 2 months
Namdev was a fraud so we have dismissed him.
Etc.

When i paid him mney, he gave me a receipt and said that within 15 days i will get a call. Please keep passport size photo ready. But now i realise that all my money is gone.
