Aa — There is a zero point sewer line in front of my house, it always leaked and full of stuff outside

Hello my self sandeep from 7 /F/63, 64 kudi bhagtasni housing board, jodhpur. There is a problem of zero point sewer line leakage, always it leaked whenever you see, we wrote many of complaints almost 3 complaints in a week for 6 months in kudi office. No one is going to check that sewer line they used to check n clean another one lines that far from 1-2km, we are faded up from this situation ..i want complete resolution either i am going to complaint against gram panchayat(sarpanch and upsarpanch).
In this week yesterday we all gathered and went to the upsarpanch (Mr. SURENDRA MEWARA), he promise to clean the line tomarrow . So the very next day sewer cleaning staff came here and told us therw is a problems in another lines are full thats why our zero point line is full..they went away and after 1.5 hr they came again and told us that they clear another line and it will automatecally clean when another lines will cleaned and went away. There is no solution to give us ..still the mainhole is leakeged the ouder of that sewer will infect everyone who lived here...no one take responsibility to clean it . Please do something either i will take complaint against gram panchayat.
