Aachho — My Aachho gift card worth 45 USD does not work. Despite reaching out to them multiple times they did not provide me any solution

I ordered one dress order id was INT-8225. It came defective so I returned it they gave me gift card for it. The gift card was valid till November 6, 2024. I tried using it but it did not work so I contacted them by calling they told me to text on the number my email address which I did. After that I got no reply to my text messages not they picked up my call. I tried reaching out on instagram with multiple messages they replied and basically told me to try again I tried but it still didn’t work again I am trying to reach out and no one is replying to instagram message either. Please help it’s been months I have been complaining to them.
