Worst brand I have ever encountered online. I placed an order on 20th January for my brother’s wedding and spent a substantial amount of money. you do not even pick up calls, and when you reply over email, you repeat the same line every time—“10–15 days.” It has now been almost 23 days, and I still have not received my order. There is a wedding at my home, and this delay has caused immense stress.
I will never recommend this brand to anyone. You are damaging your own brand image by engaging in such logistics fraud—holding customers’ money for months without delivering the product or providing a refund. This brand is fraudulent. They neither cancel the order nor deliver it, yet they keep the customer’s money. This is mental harassment and has caused immense stress. It is completely unacceptable for a customer who has spent a hefty amount of money and trusted this fraudulent brand online to be treated in this manner.
