Order no. 541049 dated 13/01/2025 time 03:22 pm no update on order after 2 months. Have done email 2 twice about same thing but as always same answer will dispatch next week and now after 2 months when I want to cancel my order for not delivering it after 2 months they are denying for payment on original payment mode. This is totallly fraud as u cannot deliver item so u are giving credit note so we have to face same problem o[censored]ndelivery...

I have placed order of one suit set of Rs.2707.59 on 6th February 2024 and Order no 303571 today is 23rd March 2024 but till date I haven't received my order delivery it's been 1.5 months I didn't get my dress and this brand customer service is only for sake of name they are always busy and they didn't even replying about mails also I want dress delivery other wise give my money refund to my bank account

I had ordered a lehanga set on 25th January 2024 from the official website of Aachho worth rs 5625/- and never received it. the shipping policy says they take maximum 25 days in delivery of the product but they haven't been able to deliver even after 44 days after placement of order. They have not addressed my queries over mail and their customer support no. is always busy. I need a refund of this full amount from them or delivery of product.

I placed an order seeing the reviews and beautiful clothes on the site. Once I placed the order and paid for my order, I got absolutely no responses regarding when my order would get dispatched or anything - I contacted several times on support email, instagram as well as Facebook and no one responded. I suddenly got a notification about 2 -3 weeks of suspense that order is on its way. When it arrived - it was very unwearable set of clothes. I tried to reach out again and no response from anyone regarding taking the order back. I have had such a horrendous experience that I don’t recommend this site at all.

I had ordered a product in August 2023, I didn't receive any product, not any refund, instead they gave me a credit note which doesn't work either. What is this, please give me an answer, no one response in their customer number, nor they response on their email IDs, is this how a brands are supposed to treat the customers?

It’s probably for the first time I am posting a complaint online, but my experience with Aachho has been so frustrating that I have no other option.

I had placed a order on the 17th of January, 2024, more than 30 days.

Regrettably, I have not received my order, even after making several attempts to contact their customer support......

I have been trying to reach out to the customer support since past 6 days. There is no response from them except from the chatbot. This is really disappointing. Its a prepaid order. But nobody is responding to emails calls messages.

It says that its India's leading clothing brand. But its the leading ignorant and careless brand.

I have placed two orders with Aachho on 4th October (Order no-233118). Today I have received one wrong dress parcel. I have called mANY TIMEs on your CUSTOMER CARE number but could not get through.

This is a very ridiculous service. I am trying to call mANY TIMEs but could not answer as all the time your line is busy. The number mentioned on site is just ###. All time your CUSTOMER CARE agents are busy with another call.

I had bought this product by using my CREDit card and its amount was already due but still I have not received the product.

I have placed an order a month back.
250164. But no delivery of order, nobody picks up calls at customer care. No reply to emails. It's a horrifying experience. There is absolutely no update on order and it's a prepaid order.

It’s probably for the first time I am posting a complaint online, but my experience with Aachho has been so frustrating that I have no other option.
I had placed a prepaid order for Diwali with them on the 20th of August, more than 60 days in advance, which was to arrive max within 30 days.
Regrettably, I have not received my order, even after 50 days.
After making several attempts to contact their customer support team via email and phone, the only response I received from them 2 days back is a question - if I would want to cancel my order.
This lack of communication and unfulfilled commitment to deliver my order is unacceptable.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and let down by aachu’s lack of professionalism and customer service.
After looking at their Facebook page, I realised there are more people with similar experiences.
I would request people to keep this experience of mine in mind if at all they consider placing an order with Aachho.

I placed an order - Order No 229350 on 27th sep for rs 2850. i have contacted on phone, email, Instagram but there is no response. I wish to get refund of money.

I had placed an order on Aachho.com on 5th Oct'2023, and since then im following up on my order. the website shows they have cancelled but when i mail them for refund or credit note no one responds.
no one is even picking up their customer care number.

I didn't received my order till yet

I have placed an order of 6k in mid of August. Since I hvnt received any confirmation on shipment and now team isn't responding. I have been trying to reach phone, email, instagram

I have ordered a suit set on july 1st of worth 5.5k and the order number is 198075. It is not even shipped yet. At first they didn’t even responded for my emails or whatspp messages. At last i commented on one of their posts and then they deleted my comment and reached out to me on instagram. Every time they say your order is prioritised but nothing happens, there will be no update on the order. This is one of the pathetic online shopping experience i had. They never give you any timeline and they never respond properly.

They are just scammers in the name of handmade culture. They just took the payment and then didn’t even bother to reply or deliver products. Its been more than 1.5 month and no update on my order they are just doing frauds with millions of people

I have placed my order 30th july ..they are continuously advertising for new sales but didn’t even bother to deliver and revert any old prepaid purchases.. i have continuously CONTACTed them did everything but of no use they are ### frauds in the name of handmade culture

I ordered a suit from the online website, order no 197618. The order was prepaid and has not been delivered yet. It has been almost a month now. The customer service is not responding. The call is on waiting for hours. There is no updates on tracking. The emails are not amswered.
There is absolutely no way to contact them. There is no update. The blue dart people say the order is not even handed to them yet for delivery.

Prepaid order number 183901, placed on 24th April 2023 on Aachho website. Amount Rs 3239.10/- .
No information regarding shipping of product, no response to customer care numbers provided by them, same response on email asking for time, it’s been over a month now, no firm response to my continuous follow ups, extremely poor customer service from Aachho. Request for refund of my hard earned money

Placed an prepaid order on 26 April. No response from the aachho team till date. I had followed up multiple times via email and call but no reply. Please take an immediate action as hard earned money should not go waste.

I ordered a dress from them in September 2022, and it’s been more than 2 months that I ordered and still have not received my order. They keep saying they are facing fabric delay. I asked them to give me a refund and cancel my order but they say they can only give me a credit note. What is the point of giving me a credit note when they keep increasing the prices of the products every month.
It’s not professional of them to be doing business so poorly where they are taking advantage of their customers.

I placed an replacement order on 25th September and has been following up in the order status since then however there is no response from Aachho team.

Amount of ₹13677.15 debited from my account via upi payment but not credited to the merchant site.. contacted both upi and bank customer they asked me to contact the merchant site and ask them to initiate a refund.. but so far the merchant company hasn’t responded to any of my mails or calls

This brand is nothing but a scam they just steal money from you and don’t even refund u for the wrong product sent
They will not reply u on calls texts mails send delivery 1 month late almost and that too dress is completely different from what what they show on website
They just steal from their customers they won’t even refund for it !
They want to only issue a credit note now and all their poor quality clothes are so over priced that I’ve to spend more money to order something different from them and then again go through such troubles with delayed deliveries dispatches and worst products

I simply want a refund and then to never associate with this brand again !

I received my order from them is very fast, but the dress is little tight for me so i made exchange request for it for that I have to pay extra 300 rupees than they received the product by 4 or 5 Jan 2022, they mailed me that they received the product and they will dispatch my exchange order soon but still it's 15 Jan 2022 my product is yet not dispatched. I mailed them multiple times i msg them on instagram they stop replying me now it's very irritating i paid 3400 something for suit than 300 for exchange the product and they are doing this.

I made a purchase online through payu gateway. The amount-2999 got deducted, but there was no order id generated. They are not responding on the only number mentioned on the website. Payu has confirmed that the payment was successful. Please assist.

I have even tried calling their call center, but there is no response. Sent an email, no response

The purchase was made on.2nd may. I have been following up. Daily.
