Initially i ordered a suit from this brand on 3rd of August...I always take XL size but dnt know how S size got ordered...or there is some glitch while placing the order...I requested for Exchange and they charged 300 for the size exchange. I was ok for that also.
And now after more than a month I got a call that there is issue with that Item and they cannot deliver so they will give the give the gift card. but looking at the behaviour of Brand, I lost my trust on this brand who doesnt offer return or refund. I am asking for complete refund if they cannot deliver. But they are not giving refund and forcing to buy from their website, which is horrible.
